Why I started Auto Angel ?
People DO NOT enjoy buying their car at a dealership. Because they feel pressure, frustration, anxiety and taken advantage of.
My career began in finance and accounting, where I accumulated over 17 years of experience and earned a business degree in 2013 while living in Montana. After graduation, I opened and later sold a successful clothing and formal gown retail store before moving back to sunny Arizona, where I prefer the warmth over the cold winters.
In 2016, my people-oriented nature and desire to help others led me to a Toyota dealership, marking the start of my automotive career. I quickly found that while I loved assisting customers with honesty and care, the car-buying process often felt intimidating and overwhelming. Determined to make a difference, I focused on building trust and rapport with my clients, setting myself apart from the typical sales approach.
I eventually transitioned to working as an automotive consultant for a broker, which allowed me to help customers avoid the dealership environment and enjoy a smoother, more enjoyable process. However, the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting auto manufacturing crisis forced many buyers into dealerships where they paid significantly over MSRP.
This crisis inspired me to create Auto Angel, a service dedicated to protecting and guiding customers throughout their car-buying journey.
